1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided by Dhooper BCJ, operated by Mandeep Singh Dhooper, located at Unit 6 The School House, St Mary's Business Centre, 66–70 Bourne Road, Bexley, Kent, DA5 1LU, United Kingdom. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Dhooper BCJ provides bespoke joinery, design, manufacture, and installation of fitted furniture and related interior works. All services will be detailed in a written quotation or contract.

3. Quotations & Acceptance

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Work will commence only after written acceptance of the quotation.
Any variation to the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

4. Deposits & Payment Terms

A deposit may be required before materials are ordered or work begins.
Payment schedules will be outlined in your quotation or agreement.
Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate measurements and access to the property.
Ensure the work area is clear and accessible.
Obtain any necessary permissions (e.g., landlord or planning consent).

6. Installation & Completion

Installation dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to material availability, site conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Materials & Variations

Natural materials such as wood may vary in grain, colour, and texture. Such variations are not considered defects.

8. Cancellations

Cancellation after materials have been ordered may result in loss of deposit or additional charges to cover incurred costs. Consumer cancellation rights under UK law remain unaffected.

9. Warranty

Dhooper BCJ warrants workmanship for a reasonable period, subject to proper use and maintenance. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, alterations, or normal wear and tear.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dhooper BCJ shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
